Charbel Safi is a name that became a sensation in the culinary world in a short period of time. In a field where being a spectacular chef has become a harder challenge to achieve, he was able to mark his own territory fusing creativity and cutting edge techniques resulting in unprecedented inventions.

With a passion that stems from a love for unique food adventures and a deep knowledge in the art of food creation, Charbel Safi set out to change the way every dish is prepared and enjoyed. What distinguishes him, is his rare technique and creative decorum to cooking. From modern molecular kitchen techniques, to innovative dishes and recipes, in addition to conceptualizing visionary culinary outlets, his experience is a rare gem in the industry.

From a young age, Charbel Safi has been climbing the ladder of success one milestone after the other. After studying culinary art in Lebanon, he took his passion further all the way to Paris, France, where he trained in one of the most famous and sensational 3-Michelin star restaurants. Equipped with the masterful knowledge of international cuisine, he took on the role of Executive Chef of “Faqra Club”, one of the leading resorts in the country, at just 23 years of age. His easy-going character and professional attitude in the kitchen led him to manage over 40 chefs on a daily basis, taking his experience in the culinary world even higher.

As a master in various cuisines such as Lebanese, Japanese, French, Italian, and Mexican, among others, as well as healthy and detox specialties, Charbel Safi succeeded in having a diversified career path with a progressive outlook. Charbel is also a wine connoisseur. He masters the art of paring the right dish with the most adequate wine, in order to offer clients a cohesive and complementary experience of taste. After years of developing his expertise he felt it was time to explore new territory and invest his knowledge and experience in creating new concepts of food outlets and restaurants, he embarked on a solo journey of culinary consultancy, landing various projects that became landmarks in the culinary world of Lebanon and the region.
